About You:At Foodsmart, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success are critical to driving revenue for the company. You are the infrastructure and best friend for these functions. You know systems and tools well, and you love developing better processes to make these functions hum seamlessly. You are an expert in Hubspot and have used PandaDoc before. You enjoy working with Sales to understand the Sales process, and enjoy understanding how to simplify this process, including proposals, contracting and tracking, using PandaDoc, Hubspot, GSuite, and other tools. You work well with marketing to acquire lead generation lists and can help marketing setup automated campaigns using Hubspot and other tools. You are willing to wear different hats to help out as new needs arise.

Responsibilities

    • Manage the upkeep, implementation, documentation, and training for all of our sales and customer success tools with a primary focus on administering Hubspot
    • Current tools include but are not limited to: Google Suite, Hubspot, PandaDoc, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Acquire lead generation lists and test for quality
    • Segment lead generation lists based on marketing campaigns
    • Create campaign automation working with marketing
    • Establish automation and feeds between CRM, sales and contract templates
    • Create streamlined video editing process to customize videos for sales meetings
    • Technology setup, onboarding, and training for new reps
    • Identification and streamlining of workflows via tool configuration changes or new tool acquisition to optimize employee and customer productivity and interactions
    • Create metrics and analyze pipeline to determine opportunities for sales improvement
    • Data clean up and entry into our databases (Hubspot)
    • Sales pipeline reporting
    • Track and measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns in CRM
    • Establish standard reporting dashboards in Looker
    • Negotiate best case pricing for new tools and renewals
    • Deep dives into metrics issues (with help of the data analytics team) to identify team productivity issues
    • Customer onboarding automation and notifications

Requirements

    • 2-4 years of sales/revenue operations experience
    • Extensive experience with Hubspot, and ideally PandaDoc
    • Proven organizational skills and strong attention to detail
    • Value autonomy and have a bias to action
    • Demonstrated willingness to take initiative without detailed instructions, especially around identifying and implementing the right tools/solutions
    • Process driven: Experience building processes and simplifying them
    • Background acquiring lead generation lists, segmenting, and automating campaigns working with Marketing
    • Strong quantitative / skills: Ability to create and understand metrics to identify improvement opportunities
    • Experience acquiring and implementing solutions
    • Experience working with sales and marketing and prioritize tasks accordingly
    • Video editing experience/interest

Bonus Requirements

    • Proficiency with ZoomInfo/other list generating tools
    • Proficiency with Looker
    • Background/experience in video editing, or willingness to learn
