About You: You have one of the most important jobs in the company: bringing quality leads in the door. In order to do that we are looking for someone who is creative and resourceful, and aware of the disparate tools and services available to help do this efficiently. We believe truth lies in the data, and need someone who is comfortable with data driven and hypothesis based tests (e.g., A/B testing). You will have the autonomy to create and execute the growth marketing strategy. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will be critical to our sales efforts and company success. You will be given the opportunity to prove yourself and become a leader. Your learning and development will be a priority. You will be working closely with leadership across Marketing and Sales to get support to help you be successful.

Responsibilities

    • Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer’s journey
    • Develop and own Growth Marketing strategy and process that is testing based and data driven
    • Create, measure, and report success metrics, including ROI
    • Build email based lead generation campaigns that are testing based
    • Plan marketing events and webinars with experts from our team, such as talks with our Chief Medical Officer or cooking demonstrations, or sponsored events at conferences
    • Create marketing budgets that are ROI and testing based
    • Optimize and Update our Corporate Website to maximize conversions
    • SEM, including PPC via LinkedIn, Google AdWords & SEO
    • Own and execute a public relations strategy
    • Establish our Corporate messaging and have it reflect in your lead generation messaging
    • Leverage LinkedIn, Twitter, and any other social media platforms to get leads
    • Create print/digital marketing assets with designer support to get attention
    • Build videos for lead generation
    • Respond to RFPs for new business opportunities
    • Track lead generation progress in CRM, and communicate with sales teams
    • Create the first ever Foodsmart conference for clients and prospects

Requirements

    • 4-8 years of experience in B2B2C Demand Generation/Marketing
    • Results that show your ability to bring quality leads in the door from sophisticated buyers with a ROI driven approach
    • Demonstrated creativity to test new lead generation channels and create content pieces that will capture prospective buyer’s attention
    • Proven testing and data driven approach to generating leads, such as A/B testing; not afraid to try new ideas and fail
    • Proven organizational and prioritization skills - ability to juggle multiple projects at once
    • Demonstrated “grittiness” and willingness to chip in on areas outside your job description
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Value autonomy and have a bias to action
    • Demonstrated willingness to take initiative without detailed instructions
    • Passion for health and nutrition
    • Demonstrated success working with sales teams and other stakeholders
    • Background in leveraging video to establish leads
    • Background in tracking leads and metrics in CRM
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
