Zippin is hiring a store merchandising and marketing manager to take ownership of the end-to-end shopping experience in our stores. As Merchandising and Marketing Manager, you will report to the CEO, and work closely with the Head of Finance and others on the executive team. You will be responsible for all aspects of merchandise selection, visual display, and in-store signage and marketing.

Responsibilities:
Merchandise selection
Plan and execute the merchandising strategy to drive sales and customer satisfaction
Assortment planning
Analyze data from individual stores to tweak the assortment at a store level
Supplier selection and negotiations
Collaborate with the technology team to expand selection

Store marketing
Implement effective signage in all the stores
Maintain consistency and brand identity in signage
Work with the technology team to introduce electronic signage where applicable
Lead a/b testing efforts and conduct user research on in-store shopping experience
Be responsible for overall shopper experience from entry to exit

Analysis and promotions
Analyze sales and shopping data from stores for continuous improvement
Craft and implement innovative marketing campaigns to drive sales and repeat usage
Work with partners to identify marketing synergies 

Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in store merchandising and marketing
    • Track record of growing sales and building successful retail brands
    • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
    • Strong inter-personal skills
    • Being analytical and data-driven
    • Ability to be hands-on and get things done
    • Being pro-active with a passion for efficiency
