Location: Budapest, XI. (On-site Monday to Thursday, Remote on Fridays)
Purpose of the Role
As a Marketing Automation Expert at Zocks, you’ll play a crucial role in streamlining and optimizing our digital marketing efforts through automation. Your expertise in marketing automation tools, lead nurturing workflows, and campaign optimization will help drive engagement, improve conversion rates, and enhance overall efficiency. You’ll work closely with sales, content, and paid acquisition teams to ensure seamless execution of automated campaigns that support growth and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive conversions, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows to enhance lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Manage and maintain marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and campaign efficiency.
- Work closely with sales teams to integrate CRM data (Salesforce) and align automated marketing efforts with business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and improve customer journey effectiveness.
- Implement attribution and lead scoring models to prioritize high-value prospects for sales teams.
- Conduct A/B testing on email subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with content, PPC, and SEO specialists to ensure automation efforts complement broader marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on marketing automation trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of CRM integration, lead scoring, and customer journey optimization.
- Proven ability to analyze data, track key performance metrics, and adjust automation strategies accordingly.
- Expertise in A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization techniques.
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS / startup environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
