Location: Hybrid setup in NYC (preferred) or US Remote
Salary: $60,000-80,000 per year, depending on experience and location
Visas: We are unable to sponsor work visas for this role, and you must be authorized to work in the United States.
Interview Schedule: 30-minute initial call with the hiring manager, and up to three 30-minute calls with key stakeholders of the role, followed by an offer pending references. The estimated interview time commitment is up to 3 hours.
Please note that, due to the nature of our work in the financial services industry, the selected candidate will be subject to background and reference checks as part of the onboarding process.
Position Overview
The Revenue Operations Associate is responsible for executing day-to-day billing operations, supporting the completion of due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), generating order forms for new and renewing customers, and maintaining CRM data hygiene in Salesforce.com CRM. This role is critical to ensuring operational accuracy, speed, and trust across our GTM processes. The ideal candidate is hungry, detail-oriented, and excited to grow within a fast-paced SaaS company. This is an entry-level position with clear exposure to revenue strategy, compliance, sales operations, and finance. We expect responsiveness, ownership, and a willingness to learn, same-business-day turnaround on requests is the norm.
Key Responsibilities
Billing Operations: Own the execution of routine billing tasks, including coupon application, issuing refunds, prorations, and invoice corrections in Stripe
Due Diligence Support: Complete customer security and compliance questionnaires with a high level of accuracy, referencing existing policy documentation and prior approved responses
Order Form Management: Draft and update customer-facing order forms and sales documentation. Ensure version control and alignment with internal approvals and pricing policies
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, legal, and finance to ensure timely completion of customer paperwork and information requests
SLA Compliance: Respond to incoming tasks and requests within a same-business-day SLA, maintaining a high bar for precision and follow-through
Process Documentation: Maintain clear internal documentation for all recurring workflows, with an eye toward automation and efficiency over time
CRM Hygiene: Ensure data flowing into CRM is deduplicated, organized into the correct hierarchies, and assigned to the correct Zocks team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational rigor
- Excellent written communication and task management skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
- Comfortable navigating technical documents and compliance content
- Willingness to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion
- Familiarity with Stripe, Salesforce, and Google Workspace is a plus
Preferred Experience
- Previous internship or work experience in operations, finance, legal, compliance, or sales support
- Experience working with SaaS billing systems or contracts
