We’re hiring a Float Nurse! 
If you’re an experienced nurse who wants to change how people get and give healthcare, keep reading. We’re looking for an experienced Nurse to support the medical providers delivering the best-in-class clinical and experiential care. As a ZOOM+Care Float Nurse, you’ll support the COVID-19 testing of employees for screening purposes in the case of an outbreak at their facility.  Additionally, as our virtual presence continues to grow, there is a need to break up the essential point-of-care ancillary components of a visit, such as point-of-care labs, and phlebotomy into a separate service line. 

Some Highlights
Administer COVID-19 screening, test ordering, and test interpretation to asymptomatic employees on or near a Zoom-contracted employment test locations.
Conduct a check-in, ID verification, screening, test ordering, and sample collection observation out of a mobile vehicle.  
Perform on-site phlebotomy, prioritizing virtual phlebotomy orders in a blood draw service line-designated clinic.
Perform COVID-19 sample collection observation in-clinic for persons with virtual COVID-19 orders following a screen by a clinician.
Collect flu and rapid strep tests, and any other point-of-care tests needed from virtual orders.
Assist the Clinic Associate with phlebotomy and other tasks as necessary in the course of patient care when possible.  
Other tasks as necessary and within the scope of nursing practice as directed by retail or clinical manager.
Review and communicate the results of lab tests in a timely manner and follow standing order protocol. 
Establish and maintain a safe and clean mobile working and testing environment. 
Answer basic questions on the characteristics of the test and provide instructions on follow up.

Active Nursing license RN or LPN
Must be able to commute to the worksiteIndependence and the ability to work well in a team
Good bedside manner and communication skills
Some driving to local business to administer testing could be required
