ZOOM+Care is seeking a data-focused, results-driven Demand Generation & Automation Manager to lead our demand generation and marketing automation team. You’ll be tasked with delivering relevant, timely communications to existing patients and driving our new customer acquisition efforts. You’ll optimize  campaigns to increase retention and visit frequency, as well as deliver new patients at a lower customer acquisition cost. You’ll be at the forefront of consumer growth as ZOOM+Care continues expanding across the Pacific NW. 

The Job
Develop a strategy for marketing automation journeys, including welcome campaigns, nurture campaigns, abandonment campaigns, and more across email, text, paid social, and direct mail. 
Coordinate with Brand & Content Strategist to build out and execute marketing automation campaigns and optimize to improve performance. 
Optimize and grow demand gen channels, such as Paid Search and Paid Social, to reach audience saturation and improve engagement and conversion rates. 
Coordinate with Strategic Partnership Manager to identify and execute Paid Sponsorship opportunities that will build awareness and improve our conversion funnel. 
Ensure that, ZOOM+Care mobile apps, and other digital properties are ranking in search results and displaying the accurate data.Identify conversion rate improvement opportunities, landing pages, and web features for Product team roadmap prioritization and A/B testing. 
Analyze and report on the performance of automation campaigns, demand gen campaigns, and website performance and present this analysis to leadership.

3-4 years experience in developing and executing marketing automation campaigns.
4-5 years experience in demand generation marketing, including SEO and Paid Media experience. 
Experience with automation software, self-serve marketing platforms, reporting software, and third-party vendors.

Experience with Salesforce or similar marketing automation software.Experience developing full-funnel customer journeys.
2-3 years experience in the healthcare or retail industry.
