As an Endpoint Engineer, you’ll design and maintain scalable, automated solutions that power our Windows endpoint ecosystem. You’ll work closely with partners across IT to deliver a seamless user experience, while mentoring peers and driving technical excellence across the team. This role blends deep technical expertise with agility and a strong focus on end-user impact.
In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain Windows endpoint management workflows using Intune, PowerShell, and automation tools.
- Package and deploy software and configuration across the organization, supporting scalable desktop environments.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex Windows issues, including hardware, operating system, and application troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to support initiatives like asset tracking, policy enforcement, and security hardening.
- Contribute to documentation, training materials, and automation supporting internal operations and end-user enablement.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and PowerShell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), application packaging, and device policy management.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and common security practices.
- Knowledge of virtualization concepts (e.g., VMware Horizon or ESXi) and basic VDI operations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with an ability to document and share knowledge.
$150,000 - $180,000 a year
Base Salary Range
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
