We are seeking a highly skilled Staff/ Sr Staff individual with experience to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of our Enterprise Applications landscape, with a central focus on SAP. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Engineering PLM processes, Supply chain dynamics, SAP modules pertinent to manufacturing and automotive industries, and a thorough grasp of business processes and workflows. Proficiency in CRM systems and payments will be a notable advantage.

In this role, you will:

    • Spearhead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP solutions to bolster manufacturing operations, optimize supply chain management, and fortify other critical business functions
    • A good grasp of Engineering PLM processes and how various PLM processes integrate with ERP and manufacturing
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications for SAP enhancements and customizations
    • Employ a data-centric approach, leveraging enterprise data governance and data-driven insights to drive business optimization strategies
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for issues and inquiries, delivering prompt troubleshooting and resolutions to mitigate disruptions effectively
    • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants engaged in SAP implementation projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
    • Extensive hands-on experience (10+ years) in SAP implementation, configuration, and support, with a specialization in manufacturing and automotive modules (e.g. PLM, SAP PP, SAP MM, FICO, EAM)
    • Profound understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and industry-specific requirements within the automotive sector
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, CRM) and payment processing solutions are highly desirable

Bonus Qualifications

    • Possess a solid understanding of the ARIBA systems landscape and procurement processes
    • Prior experience developing and maintaining seamless integrations between SAP and third-party systems, encompassing CRM platforms, payment gateways, and other enterprise applications
    • Staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in SAP technology, proactively identifying opportunities for process refinement and system enhancements
Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: pay, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The pay range for this position is $207,000 to $276,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The pay range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
