As the Application Management Services Analyst at Zoox, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining robust partner relationships, with a primary focus on SAP modules (FICO, MM, QM, PP, EWM, TM, and EAM). Your responsibilities will span from managing business requirements to ensuring service quality and maintaining strong communication with our AMS partner. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in SAP Application Management Services, excellent collaboration skills, and a commitment to upholding Zoox's values.

In this role, you will:

    • Serve as the Internal Client Partner and ensure the AMS Partner delivers on Zoox’s requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
    • Collaborate closely with the AMS partner to establish and maintain strong practices aligned with Zoox's values.
    • Focus on service quality, service availability, and operational capability in conjunction with relevant processes and performance management.
    • Conduct periodic reviews with the AMS Partner, including weekly burn reports, monthly trends/KPI reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
    • Manage the development and maintenance of AMS system documentation, procedures, and standards.
    • Handle escalations and communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
    • Maintain the integrity of the development, test, and production environments associated with each application.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • 8+ years of experience with SAP Application Management Services (AMS).
    • 5+ years of SAP Functional experience in any supply chain modules.
    • Strong acumen to understand business needs and manage services in a dynamic environment.
    • Knowledge and experience with SLA’s, OLA’s, and Contracts in insourced or outsourced environments.
    • ITIL Certification is a plus.
    • SAP Certification (any module) is a plus
Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $137,000 to $173,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
