The role:

Here at Zopa we are looking for a new Business Process Analyst to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. We are at an exciting phase on our journey where we are getting ready to launch Credit Cards and need someone who is a self-sufficient quick learner who can independently look at the documented information on our Credit Card Product and be able to create process maps with the guidance of stakeholders on how we can use this execute customer requests across the operations space. 

A day in the life:

    • Gather the relevant information through self-directed learning, meetings and workshops with product owners and Operations managers
    • Assessing and mapping current processes, procedures, systems, business interfaces and ways of working and their respective performance across operations
    • Meeting all relevant stakeholders to ensure the processes are correct and mapped out for each area
    • Creating manuals on how requests should be carried out on the system
    • Understand process and system inter-dependencies between business functions
    • Create a manual for charge backs with the guidance of legal 

About you:

    • You’ll have excellent process mapping skills  
    • You’ll be confident at coming up with ideas and recommendations
    • You’ve got a clear eye for detail
    • You have experience mapping processes in Visio (or equivalent software) and documenting standard work templates/instructions
    • You demonstrate strong organisational skills and structured thinking abilities
    • You’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams
    • Strong communicator
    • Ideally you will have experience of dealing with chargebacks and Section 75 mapping
    • Ability to learn a product and features independently
