Hello there. We’re Zopa.
 
We started our journey back in 2005, building the first ever peer-to-peer lending company. Fast forward to 2020 and we launched Zopa Bank. A bank that listens to what our customers don’t like about finance and does the opposite. We’re redefining what it feels like to work in finance. Our vision for a new era of banking puts people front and centre — we’ve built a business that empowers everyone to aim high, every day, to move finance forward. A day in the life...

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with Zopa’s business goals and embodies the brand’s values. 
    • Assemble and steer a high-calibre marketing team. Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and continual growth. 
    • Scout, secure, and manage a relationship with a new premier digital marketing agency that aligns with our forward-thinking ethos. 
    • Overhaul and upgrade Zopa’s digital channels, including the website and landing pages, ensuring they are optimized for user experience and conversion. 
    • Conceptualize and implement compelling digital marketing campaigns that effectively engage and convert targeted audiences. 
    • Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and customer service teams to ensure a unified and effective marketing approach. 
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics to guide data-driven decisions and improve ROI. 
    • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, integrating innovative approaches to maintain Zopa’s industry leadership.

    • You’ve led teams to scale products through savvy digital marketing strategies, with a particular flair for the fintech sector. 
    • Your career is marked by a relentless focus on incrementality, consistently hitting targets in Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) without sacrificing creative quality. You're the epitome of analytical-creative ambidexterity. 
    • Your insights cut through noise like a beacon, influencing across all levels. Respect is your watchword, yet you challenge the status quo with thoughtful sensitivity. 
    • Your leadership isn’tjust about guiding a team—it's about inspiring a collective vision and fostering a space where learning and growth are in the DNA of your department.

Our teams work in a hybrid manner from our open-plan, riverside London Bridge office and the comfort of their own homes at a frequency that suits the team and the work they do.
