Zotec Partners, a leading high-tech healthcare company providing complete physician revenue cycle management through innovative solutions, is looking for an IT Support Specialist who embodies our core culture of: passion, persistence, people, predictability and perspective.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for service and support of office hardware and software for our Chattanooga, TN location as well as remote support for some of our regional based locations.

What you'll do:

    • Provide desk side, remote and virtual client support to internal employees
    • Perform hands-on technical upgrades and deployments
    • Ensure Service Level Agreements are met for each support ticket
    • Provide repair and maintenance for mobile devices as needed
    • Participate in various system upgrades and maintenance
    • Assist IT Asset Manager with asset management activities including, but not limited to, updating and administering the company asset management database
    • Participate in decommissioning and disposal of IT Assets
    • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What you'll bring to Zotec:

    • Strong analytical skills and problem solving with attentiveness to detail
    • 2-4 years’ experience in the support of desktop related equipment and application programs.
    • Windows desktop/ laptop; Printer, Scanner, Apple iPhone and tablet troubleshooting experience required
    • Active Directory / User management experience required
    • Laptop / Desktop Imaging– Microsoft SCCM experience preferred
    • Thin Client configuration management – Intune / Citrix experience preferred
