Zuma is looking for an Account Manager with 2-3+ years of experience onboarding, managing, and growing their client accounts. This individual will be responsible for onboarding both pilots and new clients and ultimately guiding them through that process. Bonus points if you’ve had experience working with clients that require complex integrations with multiple disconnected systems. Once a pilot or client is onboarded, the Account Manager will be responsible for fielding all external client requests and working with internal stakeholders to complete them. This individual will also be responsible for growing all client accounts as time goes on. About You

    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Account Manager
    • You are an entrepreneurial and intellectually curious individual that is capable of self-serving work
    • Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong follow-up and communication skills are keys to success here!
    • You are comfortable putting your sales hat on to grow your existing client portfolio and drive more revenue
    • Experience onboarding/working with clients that require complex integrations with disconnected systems
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines, with a track record of delivering results and a “get it done” attitude. 
    • Strong ability to multitask, handle fire drills, and work in ambiguity. 
    • High EQ, with a bias towards empathy 
    • Analytical skills and a bias towards using data to make decisions. You should be able to identify and analyze trends and determine the next steps.
    • Willingness to get your hands dirty and lead by example
    • Strong Excel (or any equivalent, e.g., Google Sheets) / Powerpoint skills

    • Bonus Points:
    • Experience working with Multi-Family Real Estate clients
    • Experience using Monday.com 
    • SQL
    • Ability to speak conversational Spanish

Responsibilities

    • Work closely with other members of the Zuma team to drive the team vision forward and build world-class operations as we continue to grow
    • Conceptualize, build, and manage internal and external processes for pilots and existing clients utilizing Monday.com and other tools
    • Own the onboarding/training process for all Zuma Pilots while working closely with Sales
    • Own the onboarding/training process for all coveted pilots that become an active client
    • Build and maintain relationships with Zuma clients through regularly scheduled meetings
    • Own reporting for both pilot and existing clients
    • Grow existing client accounts by building relationships with clients and working to onboard their entire portfolio 
    • Synthesize customer feedback and deliver it to internal stakeholders in an actionable format
    • Eventually manage a team of individuals responsible for onboarding/managing pilots and clients as Zuma grows
    • Travel from time to time on an as-needed basis (20% - 30%)
