You know the account management game inside out. The TOY/FMCG industry is your passion. You achieve great results.

And there are still no opportunities on the horizon where you can make the important decisions, working autonomously towards your set targets.

To become the kind of account/sales champion you know you could be, you want to set the direction, you want to make decisions, and you want to work with great brands within an ambitious team.


This will be your chance to prove you are who you want to be. You will take over an account portfolio that achieves already double-digit million results. With your focus and skills, you will take it to the next level. The highlight, you will own the account that has the potential to triple the result by 2024.

How to do it? That’s up to you. You will take ownership.

You set the vision for growth, develop the strategy across business functions (NPD, Marketing, Supply Chain ...), you execute with the support of the sales support team. And you get rewarded. Your salary package will have an uncapped commission scheme.

You will be Sydney based – perfect for facilitating meetings with your accounts and building winning relationships.

About you

    • You are well connected in the Toy/FMCG/Entertainment industry with already established relationships with major retailers on the market.
    • You have a proven record of developing and executing winning strategies, growing a business, accounts and categories.
    • You can create and deliver winning sales presentations.
