ABOUT THE ROLE
The Talent Coordinator role at ZURU Group is an opportunity for those looking to start their in-house Talent Acquisition career journey. In this role, you will acquire specific skills and be responsible for sourcing and engaging with top-tier talent, as well as utilizing your creative writing skills to craft compelling Inmail outreach messages and job advertisements.
You will pre-screen potential candidates and establish future talent pipelines across different functions, positions, regions, and skill sets. You will support the Talent Specialist in the day-to-day operations by utilizing our Application Tracking System (LEVER).
Your passion for talent acquisition makes it easy for you to stay on top of industry trends and best practices in all things talent acquisition and to share and discuss those insights with the wider talent acquisition team.

As a Talent Coordinator, you play a crucial role in this effort. Your relentless efforts in sourcing and engaging top-tier talent across various functions and regions, as well as your creative copywriting skills and ability to craft appealing Inmail outreach messages and job advertisements, will ensure a constant flow of exceptional candidates to ZURU.
By actively creating future talent pipelines, you contribute to speeding up our entire hiring process.
You are passionate about full-cycle in-house talent acquisition and dedicated to continuously improving your skills. You stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technology by listening to podcasts and reading articles. By sharing your insights with the wider talent acquisition team, you aim to continuously improve our operations and make a lasting impact on ZURU's success.
YOU WILL BRING
- A recent Bachelor's Degree or 1 year of experience in Sales & Business Development, Customer Service, Human Resources, or a role in a recruitment agency.
- Strong intrinsic motivation to start or transition to an in-house talent acquisition career and the commitment to deep dive into all things talent acquisition by acquiring knowledge through also self-study efforts.
- An interest in copywriting as you will get experience in translating job descriptions and recruitment kick-off meeting notes into persuasive outreach emails, nurturing campaigns, and attractive job advertisements
- Hiring success correlates to the time we invest in finding top-tier candidates. You have a strong dedication and competitive mentality to do what it takes to deliver results.
- Having a "sales" mentality and the ability to handle rejections and defeats. A "no" is one step closer to a "yes." You will strategically follow up with unresponsive candidates.
- Being tech-savvy as you will utilize and navigate specific talent acquisition software.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and passionate about talent acquisition with a "hustle" mentality, always striving to deliver results.
