The Opportunity 

We’re overhauling our Mini Brands strategy and aspire to build something bigger than Pokemon, but we need your very particular set of skills to do it.

In this global role, you will develop and lead a strategy to drive chase and collectability for our largest brand. This will involve: 
 
· Managing end-to-end insights & owning all aspects of our communications and marketing strategy, across internal, trade and consumer
· Being an expert in collectible trends and ensuring Mini Brands is constantly levelling up
· Owning the global asset suite for the brand, briefing specialist internal creative teams
· Partnering with Commercial teams to deliver clear launch and support plans internally and externally
· Ensuring all product tease, pre-sell, release and rollout dates and assets are clear across the business.

You
 
You’re a dynamic go-getter with energy, creativity and determination to continuously improve and push boundaries. You’re described as a strong all-rounder with well-developed EQ who enjoys influencing and relationship-building, with the capability to get buy-in in different ways. To be successful in this role, you’ll also:
 
· Bring 3+ years of experience in a brand marketing role
· Manage complex internal and external stakeholders with ease
· Enjoy being strategic, but also be happy in the detail
· Bring creativity and excite and inspire with your ideas
· Have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills – attention to detail is a must!
· Deliver under pressure and juggle like a pro
· Have the right to work in New Zealand
