YOUR ROLE
Be a functional expert at all things social. Create and publish world class social content driving brand awareness, engagement, sales growth and retail hooks.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
You will be a core element of the ZURU Toys team social media strategy. A creator a persona who wins hearts and minds of audiences around the world. You will work to deliver world class content that educates, engages and entertains.


Channel Management

    • Work with the Social Media Manager (SMM) to develop comprehensive social media strategies for our channels to increase our brand awareness and commercial impact.
    • Work with the SMM to create monthly global content calendars aligning with Brand, Product, Platform, Local Market and Paid goals, checking in regularly to support any change in a timely manner.
    • Report on weekly on content and channel performance ensuring key learnings are applied to future content.
    •  Engage the wider team regularly for platform insights, NPD, community sentiment and other opportunities for ZURU Group and LinkedIn.
    • Assist social team members with filming and editing resource when necessary.
    • Conduct weekly trends audit on platforms and monthly industry audits communicated via brainstrust to ensure ZURU is always leading the pack with our content and platform choices.
    • Manage, foster, and grow social communities for our channels.
    • Deliver consistent growth and engagement โ€“ ensuring the community is at the forefront of your coms plans.
    • Ensure strong connection between commercial, brand and content goals.

Content Creation

    • Ideation and creation of organic and paid TikTok content ensuring alignment with organic & paid content objectives.  
    • Explore and leverage trends, hooks and new content opportunities to deliver results.
    • Work with the SMM and paid team to optimise content to drive maximum impact.
    • Work with the local and global teams to tailor content for various markets.
    • Project manage the briefing and delivery of any Instagram content requiring design.
    • Conduct regular sweeps for UGC content, requesting usage rights as required for all platforms.
    • Leverage Influencer Team for content to repost and use in campaigns
    • Work with content brokers to support high volume content requirements establishing long-term relationships
    • Work with SMM to develop content for Life at ZURU TikTok in order to drive virality and mass awareness
    • Work within brand guidelines and seek approvals for content from key licensing partners.
    • Repurpose and continuously test successful content on other social channels
