As the Commercial Executive – Licensing, you will be an ambassador for Licensing in ZURU, project leading the global development of our licensing ecosystem across all business functions in conjunction with our Licensing Director. 

This position will take a key role in building the end to end ecosystem across all Inbound and Outbound Licensing and scaling the business for further growth of the licensing business.

What You'll Do:

    • Project lead the licensing ecosystem taskforce.

    • Assess current licensing process infrastructure across all areas of business, make recommendations on changes and keep stakeholders accountable for implementation.

    • Managing long-term & immediate commercial forecasting for ZURU’s licensed portfolio.

    • Deliver regular brand reports, licensing presentations, consumer insights for existing and new properties for internal consideration.

    • Establishing, managing and achieving financial goals, providing input in overall short-term and long-range budget targets.

    • Work closely with and support in-house counsel and finance teams to streamline efficiency and administrative functions, implementing and building new systems where necessary.

    • Maintain general knowledge of the retail landscape and monitor retail sales performance of key licensees and programs.

    • Track and report on the performance of ZURU licensed brands from POS Data.

What You'll Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, law or a related field

    • 3+ years of business experience

    • Advanced Excel skills  
    • Ability to develop and execute strategies

    • Previous licensing industry experience is beneficial but not essential
