L1 Support Specialist

  • Are you currently located in Ahmedabad? If not, are you willing to relocate and work from the Ahmedabad office (5 days a week)?
  • Are you comfortable working in night shifts and rotational shifts, especially to support US, NZ, and China time zones?
  • What is your current CTC ?
  • What is your ECTC?
  • What is your current notice period?
  • Do you have 1–2 years of experience in L1 IT support or helpdesk roles, preferably in a global or remote setup?
  • Which operating systems and tools have you worked with (e.g., Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, RDP, remote support tools)?
  • Do you have hands-on experience resolving VPN, network connectivity, or basic cloud-based tool issues (e.g., email configuration, file sharing)?
  • Have you worked with any service desk or ticketing systems like ZOHO SDP, ServiceNow, or Jira?
  • Are you familiar with ITIL concepts like SLAs, incident management, and escalation protocols?
