HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
As Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting ZURU’s sales goals by enhancing retailer relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and streamlining processes to deliver excellence. You’ll ensure smooth operations across multiple touchpoints, from managing retailer requests to optimising showroom experiences during key events.

Role & Responsibilities

    • Work with Sales Management, Commercial Leads, China Merchandising, and retailer teams to achieve yearly objectives.
    • Assist in developing PowerPoint presentations for Toy Fair Line Reviews (twice a year in Los Angeles HQ).
    • Participate in sales planning and Commercial Leads presentation reviews
    • Visit retailer stores to capture brand images and other necessary work
    • Utilize ZURU tools to develop planograms, Show Cloud, PI Summary, and financial reports
    • Create and manage spreadsheets and documents using Excel and Word
    • Develop skills to manage small sales accounts and support retailer management alongside VP, National, and Key Account Managers
    • Use financial software and spreadsheets to support business planning and account management
    • Communicate daily with China Merchandising to manage import orders, quotes, images, pricing, etc.
    • Assist VP/National/Key Account Managers with customer requests and issue resolution
    • Proactively identify and solve problems for National/Key accounts
    • Act as a culture champion for ZURU (ZURU DNA)
    • Report work order issues and suggest process improvements for better efficiency
    • Provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment
    • Identify challenges, determine solutions, and implement appropriate actions
    • Manage quotations, samples, order processing, and replenishment
    • Follow up on customer orders to ensure smooth execution

LEAD UP TO TOY FAIR – 2x a year

    • Ahead of busier toy fair time, you will participate in training our temp staff (with our Office Manager) on daily showroom set up
    • Work with Showroom team on the ground as Set Up Captain – supporting as needed and managing temp hires
    • Help manage samples and prototypes that arrive after showroom team depart

LOW SEASON – Other adhoc tasks

    • Coordinate with showroom team and sales team on prototype sending if any meeting required
    • Check sample inventory, remove/donate the samples that fall into disuse, send sample request to Max Mai if any missing.
    • Replace mock up/old sample with PP/MP once received.
    • Once/week or fortnightly walkthrough of showroom to check activations and showroom is in general good working order for meetings during year

Skills & Experience

    • 1-3+ years sales support or relevant experience
    • Previous Retail industry experience is beneficial but not essential
    • Extremely proficient in MS Office including Excel & PPT
    • Highly efficient and ability to meet deadlines
    • Detail oriented, structured, good team player, willing to learn and like to meet new people
    • You're passionate about sales and see yourself as a strong champion for our office culture!
    • Please note: this is a full-time position based onsite in our Los Angeles office
    • Please note: US work permit required
$70,000 - $80,000 a year
