As such, we’re looking for a Commercial Director to help us continue to grow and create even more exciting brands to take to the world.

MONDAY is seeking a Director of Commercial Sales to support the continued super-charged expansion of the brand across the globe. 2.5 years, 13 markets, 45,000+ retail doors. Lead, grow, manage and expand the MONDAY brand as if it's your own. We need an extremely experienced self-starter who can handle many markets, hunt out opportunities and lead a team as the brand continues to take on the big haircare players.


    • Build the go-to-market and ongoing business management strategy to ensure longevity of the brand.
    • Establish business objectives by forecasting and developing an annual P&L forecast for each regions/territories; projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products.
    • Manage marketing spend budgets, trade allowances and chargebacks/deductions.
    • Alongside our key accounts resources, negotiate with customers on pricing, trading terms, operational/replenishment terms and vendor agreements.
    • Complete line/range reviews/JBP to customers, including sales data analysis, trade/brand marketing strategies and category strategies.
    • Constantly seek ways to optimise the business unit/P&L and improve the overall performance/profitability of the beauty vertical brands.

Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline is preferred
    • 8 + years of experience in commercial sales with consumer goods
    • Previous CPG/FMCG industry/top tier consumer goods company experience is preferred
    • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
    • Excellent analytical skills
