ZURU are currently looking for a super talented, confident and ambitious Early Careers and Employer Branding Specialist to lead and own the end-to-end attraction, selection, and recruitment of talent that will ‘create our future’.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on ZURU's early careers strategy by;
✨Leading and building out our current internship program into a world-class initiative
✨Developing and maintaining strong university relationships by visiting and actively participating in events to promote ZURU as an employer of choice for early career professionals.
✨Promoting ZURU’s employer brand both internally and externally.
✨Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, to design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to attract the top and most ambitious talent to ZURU.
This role has huge internal visibility and scope for growth, and you’ll have the opportunity to shape this role alongside a world-class team.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on internships and employer branding.
- A genuine passion for intern/graduate recruitment
- Strong organisational skills, the ability to self-start and persistence to overcome roadblocks
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills
- The ability to be creative and generate new ideas
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
- A passion for people and creating a positive candidate experience.
- A results-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Available and happy to travel frequently to national universities across NZ
- Confidence speaking in front of groups of students/grads.
