Payroll and Benefits Management

    • Payslip Management: Oversee the preparation and distribution of payslips, ensuring accuracy in time tracking, leave management, TFR (Trattamento di Fine Rapporto), and meal vouchers. 
    • Success Factors Reporting: Generate reports for payslip analysis and facilitate communication with HR teams in China. 
    • Pension Fund Management: Administer pension fund contributions and TFR processes. 
    • Smart Working Documentation: Maintain monthly documentation related to smart working arrangements. 

Employee Relations

    • Contract Management: Create new employment contracts, manage resignations, and update contracts for salary raises and new roles. 
    • Employee Information Management: Maintain databases for comprehensive employee information, including salary, job roles, history, and specific data. 
    • Provide support to employees in simplifying specific and complex topics of labor law 

Policy Development and Communication

    • Policy Creation and Updates: Develop, update, and improve all company policies to align with our values and objectives. 
    • Company Culture Promotion: Effectively communicate the Zuru and ZTIT company culture to all employees. 
    • OnboardingProcess: Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring they understand Work From Home policy as well as office protocols for both Modena and Milan offices. 
    • LaborLawAwareness: Stay updated on labor changes to ensure compliance and inform employees of relevant updates. 

Qualifications

    • Degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or related field. 
    • Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on employee relations, and policy development. 
    • Strong communication skills in both English and Italian. 
    • Proficiency in HR software (Success Factor is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Notion is a plus. 
    • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and a flexible approach are a must-have! 
€28,000 - €35,000 a year
Variable Compensation: Annual Bonus of max 10% of Gross Annual Salary
Annual Salary reviews based on performance and achievement of KPIs/Results.
The role is Full-Time and Hybrid.
As an office-first approach company, relocation is preferred either in Milan, Modena or nearby locations to allow reaching the office comfortably.
A valid Italian Working Visa is preferred as we currently have limited support to sponsor visas

⌛️Flex Time: you can decide when to work from 6am to 10pm. We have a Core Time from 10:00 to 12:00 am in which presence is required (WFH/office), and the rest of the day is up to you!

🏡 Paid relocation to Modena or Milan for three months (ZURU Home) if you're moving in the city
