Lead ZURU’s established regional business through the development and execution of a growth-focused strategy that covers sales, business planning, profit margin enhancement, and adept stakeholder management, all aimed at achieving a robust double-digit growth trajectory.

You've mastered the art of crafting compelling brand presentations and orchestrating the entire sales journey to not just hit, but beat revenue and growth targets. Your role involves creating the game plan for our business, diving into performance data, and collaborating with partners to set growth targets, all with a sharp focus on propelling ZURU into a key supplier for our major clients. Your unique expertise also includes a deep understanding of the regional market dynamics, always staying ahead of the curve to spot those prime business chances.


    • Responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and develop the customer base in the Turkey & Middle East.
    • Focus on ZURU Big Bets and drive our Share of Shelf (SOS) and Share of Retailers Assets (SOA) within our platform brands.
    • Understand the key performance indicators for our customers and develop Joint Business Plans for each strategic customer to achieve annual growth targets.
    • Develop and execute category plan with optimal product mix and marketing by partnering with the global commercial and marketing teams.
    • Manage promotions and sell out to ensure profitability goals are met. Track POS and quickly react to change plans where required.
    • Lead the direct to retail market expansion plan for the Turkish market, including strategic launches of ZURU’s value brands to deepen the distribution and
    • Create sales dashboards with all key metrics to ensure financial goals are on track; present dashboard to the executive management team.
    • Attend local and international trade fairs.


    • Experience in the toy or relevant CPG industry with a proven track record in a sales leadership role. •
    • 8+ years of experience in a high-paced, driven environment, with a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
    • Native Turkish speaker, English business proficiency.
    • Strong analytical skills, attentiveness to details, and proficiency with numbers.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
