You will make an impact by collaboratively working with our in market team as well as cross functional team members internationally. You will be on the pulse with how we get our items setup and executed, both instore and online. You will ensure maximum focus on reports and increasing the effectiveness of data entries. You will live and breathe the ZURU DNA on a daily basis.


    • Manage sales operation tasks including quotations, samples, order processing and replenishment.
    • Lead our showroom delivery in Bentonville. Ensuring all latest spec, features and products are setup and executed on time each season.
    • Assist in identifying work process improvements that results in increased productivity and effectiveness.
    • Manage the daily flow of administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
    • Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; determine course of action and develop appropriate solutions.
    • Follow up on customer orders to assure proper execution.
    • Lead execution for trade events with Walmart and Sam’s.


    • 3+ years sales support experience.
    • Previous Retail industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
    • Extremely proficient in MS Office including Excel & PPT.
    • High attention to details.
    • Highly efficient and ability to meet deadlines.
    • Detail oriented, structured, good team player, willing to learn and like to meet new people.
    • Have experience with customer service.
