As a Key Account Manager at ZURU Edge UK, you will lead the expansion of our beauty and personal care brands in the UK, including MONDAY Haircare. You will responsible for shaping the growth & expansion our brands in the UK, building on our existing relationships with key accounts & looking for white space opportunities.

In this role you will have direct responsibility for designing & implementing the go-to-market strategy for some of the most exciting and disruptive new brands within the beauty & personal care category. You will have full responsibility for delivering market-leading growth plans into both new and existing retail partners in the UK. You will also be responsible for working with the central business to design & shape the long-term strategy for BPC in the UK, feeding back market-relevant insights & turning these into deliverable go-to-market strategies.

This role has huge internal visibility and scope for growth, and you’ll have the opportunity to shape this role alongside a world-class team.


    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline is preferred
    • 2+ years of experience of managing top 4 retailers within the UK- ideally within Beauty & Personal care categories
    • Previous CPG industry/top tier consumer goods company experience is preferred
    • Excellent sales and negotiation skills that could drive business effectively
    • Excellent presentation & interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational & communicational skills
    • Good analytical skill, attentive to details and good with numbers
    • Entrepreneurial approach and ability to demonstrate creativity in finding ways to win new business & grow existing accounts
