THE ROLE
As Commercial Lead, you will drive global sales on a multi-million dollar brand portfolio and maximize brand profitability through the development and implementation of effective sales and go-to-market strategies.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
You will be the key driver and at the forefront of making the over-arching decisions across a brand portfolio that serves millions of consumers every year. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams from around the world to deliver tailored brand programs that achieve sales targets and secure new opportunities. You will also be responsible for identifying market/customer gaps and providing innovative solutions to win.

YOU WILL BRING

    • 3+ years of experience in a similar role – including but not limited to sales & brand management
    • Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
    • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
    • Commercial and analytical mindset
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
