As a Marketing & Consumer Insights Executive, you will take ownership of the Consumer Insights process and be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research to understand macro and micro trends for key and emerging markets/competitor brands. You will facilitate Benchmark testing for market-leading brands, Consumer Perception Studies, and gain consumer insights through Market Research Studies on pricing, product design, quality, and ingredients/components. You will manage and continually refine the internal infrastructure, build technical information documents, engage in due diligence, and work with the NPD team to apply consumer insights to product development and manufacturing.


You will play a critical role in shaping the improvement of our product quality and design, the development of our marketing claims, and overall brand and market success across all ZURU Edge brands. By providing insights through research, you will drive our product development and manufacturing, as well as our marketing content creation. You will help ensure that we stay up to date with relevant market trends and continue to outperform our competitors.


    • The ideal candidate for this role is someone who holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a similar field.
    • You are proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, graphs/charts, and possess excellent process management, organizational, and systemic skills.
    • You are a team player who is focused on achieving goals and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams.
    • You have a strong attention to detail, can work independently and take ownership of projects, and possess exceptional problem-solving skills.
