We are looking for a Brand & Content Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and own the ZURU’s Group brand & communications, Life at ZURU social channels, corporate LinkedIn channel management, and lead the ZURU Toys social team.

What You'll Be Working On:


    • In partnership with the wider team, you will set campaigns and initiatives to strengthen the overall awareness of ZURU Group. You will share our ZURU Group story - who we are, the journey we are on and where we are going - in the best possible way.
    • Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media for Life at ZURU.
    • Brief in creative teams on the execution of group specific projects, managing timelines, stakeholders and collating feedback.
    • Project manage group specific HR external communications
    • Ensure brand guidelines are implemented & maintained across all internal & external communications.

LinkedIn Management (ZURU GROUP & ZURU TOYS)

    • Create ZURU’s LinkedIn and corporate social comms identity and guidelines including tone of voice, content pillars and content style
    • Create and execute quarterly content calendars for ZURU’s LinkedIn liaising with key internal teams globally including global and local marketing and HR to ensure relevant content

Social Team Leadership (ZURU TOYS)

    • Support the creation of quarterly global TikTok content calendars aligning with Brand, Product, Platform, Local Market and Paid goals, checking in regular to support any change in a timely manner ​
    • Forecast TikTok paid and organic content requirements to determine the split from in-house creators vs content brokers
    • Lead creative social brainstorms with the wider team to inform content creation
    • Assign and monitor team member’s KPIs and capacity


    • 5+ years experience in social media, creating and producing content
    • Project management experience & relationship management experience
    • Proven experience leading a small team
    • Stakeholder management skills
    • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
