YOUR ROLE
As a Global Content Executive - Video, you will collaborate closely with our Senior Global Content Manager to produce captivating and high-quality video and photographic content for our suite of brands. Your creative expertise in video editing, project management, and attention to detail will play a pivotal role in enhancing ZURU Toys' brand presence and engaging our global audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the Senior Global Content Manager and the wider team to ideate, support, and execute video and photography projects across multiple platforms
- Handle storyboarding, shooting, and editing of small-scale projects encompassing both still and video content
- Establish and maintain a centralised video asset library for easy access and organisation
- Assist in end-to-end project management for global video and photography projects, including agency engagement, milestone alignment, and coordination with internal teams and external suppliers
- Conduct regular reviews of competitive content and platforms to ensure creative execution remains cutting-edge
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop photography shot lists and requirements
- Project manage in-house and on-set photography shoots, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery
- Take the lead on internal photography projects, capturing photographs according to brief and deliverables
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders throughout projects
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2 years of experience in Content Delivery either in-house or with an agency.
- Strong video/motion experience and proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects software for video editing.
- Proficient in Photoshop and preferably experienced in Lightroom for capturing and grading photos.
- Solid knowledge of marketing and content principles, with an understanding of content development for TV, YouTube, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Proven skills in stakeholder management with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Previous experience in photography or visual design is highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, stay focused, and establish clear milestones.
- A go-getter with energy and determination to continuously improve, push boundaries, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
