ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the team at ZURU as an Insights Analyst and make a lasting impact on the success of the company. You will be responsible for providing actionable insights that support the commercial and sales teams to optimize their performance and achieve ZURU's sales and profitability targets.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
As an Insights Analyst, you will have the unique opportunity to drive business success by leveraging your analytical skills to turn data into valuable insights. You will play a key role in supporting the commercial and sales teams with relevant brand & category level analysis.
You will lead all reporting and insights for ZURU's rapidly expanding toy portfolio and work with cross-functional teams to craft optimal sell-in strategies for the global business. Additionally, you will establish and lead the day-to-day analytical management of ZURU's multi-million dollar collectibles portfolio, ensuring optimal demand scarcity in all leading markets and accounts.

YOU WILL BRING
- 2+ years of experience in an analytical role
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities, stay focused, and set clear milestones
- Highly analytical with the ability to navigate large volumes of information and refine it into actionable strategies
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Basic proficiency in business intelligence software, including Tableau and BI is favourable but not essential
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
