ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Sales Manager, Nordic will lead and grow the FMCG business and brands. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing directly to the overall vision and success of the business by building and managing partnerships with key retailers. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers, as well as connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. With experience in all stages of the sales cycle, you will be able to build and implement multi-layered commercial strategies that drive growth.

You will make an impact by having a deep understanding of FMCG products or services, as well as knowing how to develop effective sales strategies and tailor your approach to meet the specific needs of customers.
You always stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and evolving customer needs, which enables you to anticipate changes and adapt strategies accordingly, staying ahead of the competition.
You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven by setting clear objectives, tracking progress, and making data-driven decisions while delivering on the core values of ZURU’s DNA.
YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in account management with consumer goods
- Fluent in English
- Previous CPG/FMCG industry/top tier consumer goods company experience is preferred
- Experiences in dealing with top platform accounts.
- Good analytical skill, attentive to details and good with numbers.
