We have momentum, continue to innovate, disrupt, and out-perform all key market metrics. You could join ZURU's global “centre of excellence” in Auckland, being exposed to ZURU’s core when it comes to Sales philosophy and mindset. An environment where you can develop and hone your skill sets by taking full ownership of the success and growth in the New Zealand market.

What You'll Do:

    • Defining the growth strategy across the entire product/brand portfolio in NZ.
    • Planning go-to-market strategies for every brand. NZ is our backyard and great to launch new products/brands first.
    • Take ownership and manage NZ’s biggest retailer accounts end-to-end. Thrive in a fast-paced environment with full accountability, autonomy, and responsibility

What You'll Bring:

    • 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management in the NZ retail space.
    • You’re keen on joining a multi-billion-dollar toy imperium with a start-up mentality. Being exposed to the global leadership team and the ZURU Founders.
    • You believe in in-person collaborations and driving the ZURU DNA.
    • You are a goal-getter striving for continuous growth - professional and personal.
    • A plus if you have had touchpoints with The Warehouse/Farmers throughout your career.
