How you make an impact!

You will be joining our ambitious regional GAS team of 4 in the newly created Sales Coordinator (Customer Service Representative) role. With your proactive actions and sales support we will hit the set sales targets for 2022 and beyond. This position is a remote opportunity, so you better get your coffee machine at a home set and MS Teams ready to join the frequent team catch-ups.

You will keep our customers (retail chains, toy stores, amazon ...) accountable for their orders and build strategic relationships with their relevant in-house teams. You ensure smooth operations across our international merchandise team and local 3PL provider and have the ability to navigate through challenging customs processes. It's great if you love working on a global level and across cultures.

Since this is a newly created role, you have the opportunity to provide ideas and implement improvements. You will collaborate with the European Director, Country Manager, Supply Chain Director and National Account Manager to define and implement necessary processes and develop projects.

What you should be enjoying:

    • Proactively following up on customers' orders to ensure sales targets are met.
    • Work closely with our Int. Merchandising team to track order details and invoices between ZURU and retailers. Liaise with 3PL on delivery, short-pick, claim.
    • Provide top-notch customer service. Handle specific Inbound/Outbound calls from customers.
    • Anticipate any issues in the daily operations and lead the troubleshooting. Kick-off projects to improve the day-to-day business.
    • Build strong relationships with customs agencies ensuring a smooth custom process.
    • Create systems and procedures to assist the sales team in forecasting and analysing retailer programs.
    • Provide administrative assistance and sales support to the Country Manager and Sales team (order fulfilment, customer replenishment, quotation, SAP data entry, sampling ... ).

Is that you?

    • 2+ years of sales support experience or logistics
    • Excellent communication skills in German and English
    • Previous Toy/FMCG industry experience and touchpoints with retailers are an immense plus
    • Knowledge of CRM and customs procedures
    • Highly proficient in MS Office, including Excel & PPT
    • Strong analytical skills, you will forecast and prepare stock control analysis
