We are looking for exceptional talent with Business Analytics background for an exciting opportunity of Business Operations Analyst.

The Business Operations Analyst would be responsible for sales analysis, forecasting, internal and external collaboration with planners and analysts, reporting and supporting sales presentations. As the Analyst, you will oversee optimizing company item assortment and in stock levels, reporting and coordinating with company supply chain on shipment requirements and working with client planners to ensure a successful flow of orders and product.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

    • Plan- You will be making sales projections, identifying risks/ out-of-stock issues, managing the supply chain, and forecasting for future seasons. Build ladder plan utilizing statistical models to make key business decisions.
    • Analyze -Monitor and report on key replenishment metrics, forecast accuracy, pipeline inventory, and service as indicated by specified retailers. We are a data driven team, so your actions will be backed by your data analysis.
    • Strategize- Use data-driven decision-making and sound business judgement to determine your strategy to help future business growth and forecasting opportunities. You will be working closely with the sales and marketing teams to make recommendations.
    • Present- Partner with cross-functional teams to build scorecard analysis for key presentation to stakeholders.
    • Execute- Analyze and execute actionable tasks in a timely manner. Zuru is a fast-paced company, so it is important you follow through with your plan.

Desired Skills & Attributes

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or quantitative field
    • 1-2 years of experience in consulting / strategy / business development / operations / technology / banking or related experience; high-growth or early-stage startup experience
    • A background in using data to create demand forecasts, providing high quality analysis and solutions to executives, partners, and department heads.
    • Excellent Excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets); Power BI, VBA Macros, SQL, and Tableau, experience is a plus
