The opportunity 
We are looking for an Amazon specific Channel Marketing Specialist who can level-up and optimize our content on Amazon and drive major process changes across retail channels. The Channel Marketing Specialist prepares new product launches, maintains existing marketplace listings, and ensures pages are continually optimised to drive engagement and conversion.  
The Channel Marketing Specialist role is an opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing toy companies in the world and become a subject matter expert across the company’s global divisions. You should have strong commercial acumen and analytical problem-solving skills combined with a creative and ambitious personality. 

What you'll do:
*Ensure cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Brand teams on new product launches, item set-up, and overseeing cataloguing through Salsify for Amazon US, Canada, Mexico and assist with setting up other EU Retailer Syndications
*Owning process and data governance on new product variations, bundle creation, and updates to existing product pages 
*Daily product listing maintenance, monitoring, and reporting of full product catalog through Salsify and Syndigo platforms 
*Conduct competitive research and benchmarking on marketplace listing and report findings along with identifying areas of opportunity 
*Liaise with creative teams on content generation; maximize returns through testing, site optimisation and improving online customer experience 
*Develop the go-to-market strategies for e-retail and partner with Marketing teams through a Go Live Calendar 
*Work closely with and counterparts to build out content synergies where applicable
*Continuously monitor cutting edge eCommerce marketing techniques and suggest new and innovative solutions 

What you'll bring:
*2-3 years’ experience required in equivalent or relevant field/nature of work
*Knowledge and experience in using Salsify & Syndigo platforms
*Passion and experience in driving process improvements and automation across catalog(s) 
*Computer literate on all major business software packages (needs working knowledge of Excel) 
*Able to use conceptual reasoning to solve issues and gaps 
*Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills 
*Self-motivated to multi-task and meet deadlines assigned 
*Prioritizes those projects that will maximize benefit to the organization 
*Operates with a sense of urgency; identifies opportunities and acts quickly to achieve results 
*Demonstrated ability to be a team player with skills to communicate and participate across the team 
*US work permit required 

$80,000 - $110,000 a year
The salary range for this role is: $80,000 - $110,000 USD + bonus + benefits based on skills and experience.
