We are looking for a Production Assistant who will be assisting the Global Content Manager in the production of world class video and photographic content for our suite of brands.


    • Global Video Projects
    • Ensure internal briefs are competed and received in line with the Global Content planning calendar
    • Assist GCM with end to end project management for video and photography projects including:
    • Agency engagement and project communication
    • Manage internal stakeholder milestones seeking appropriate sign off as required
    • Manage localisation requests with internal teams and external suppliers where applicable

    • Global Photography Projects
    • Work closely with the design and marketing teams on photography shot lists and shoot requirements
    • Project manage NZ in-house shoots looking after prop, sample and talent requests and booking photographer and studio time
    • Assist agencies in managing on set shoots including talent and and time requirements are met for success on the day – working back with internal teams as required

Skills & Experience Required

    • 2 years’ + experience in Content Delivery in-house or with an agency. Video production experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of marketing and content principles with an understanding of content development for TV, YouTube, Social etc.
    • Proven stakeholder management skills with exemplary written and verbal communication.
    • Photography or visual design experience advantageous but not essential.
    • Ability to multi-task and be able to set priorities, stay focused, and set clear milestones.
    • A go-getter with energy and determination to continuously improve and push boundaries who love working in a fast paced, creative environment.
