The Role
Are you passionate about turning leads into opportunities in a fast-paced environment? As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Sprinto, you'll play a key role in our growth by qualifying marketing-generated leads. Utilizing various outreach channels, you'll build relationships, understand needs, and convert leads into paying customers. This role is perfect for someone who excels in building relationships, exceeding goals, and working within a dynamic team..


    • Lead Outreach and Nurturing: Implement targeted campaigns via email, phone, and social media to engage leads, address their pain points, and advance them through the sales funnel.
    • Lead Conversion: Understand qualified leads' needs, pain points, and buying stages. Prepare detailed notes for a smooth handoff to the sales team.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, identify improvements, and report key metrics to marketing and sales leadership.
    • Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to understand lead sources and optimize outreach and lead generation efforts.
    • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on criteria such as firmographics, buying intent, and engagement level. Focus on high-potential leads with a strong fit for our solutions.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously improve lead nurturing workflows and outreach strategies to maximize conversion rates.


    • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales development or a related field.
    • Proven track record of exceeding lead conversion goals through effective outreach on marketing leads.
    • Strong understanding of lead nurturing best practices and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Outplay, Apollo).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with leads via phone, email, and social media.
    • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to inform outreach strategies.
    • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple leads and campaigns simultaneously..
