We are looking for a proactive CSM Intern to support our Customer Success Managers with renewal outreach. This is an entry-level internship wherein the primary responsibility will be to connect with customers via phone, assisting the CSM team in driving renewal conversations.

This is a 4-month internship opportunity.

What you'll do...

    • Make outbound calls to US-based users during renewal periods and support them through the process.
    • Maintain up-to-date customer data in the CRM, ensuring accuracy and usability across teams.
    • Assist the CSM team in ensuring smooth and timely renewal processes, along with handling other miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Who you are...

    • Someone with 0-1 year of experience, looking to enter the success vertical in the SaaS space
    • Good communications and the right energy to collaborate in a fast growing organisation
    • The success team works in office from Monday to Thursday & Remote on Friday (430PM to 12AM)
