We are seeking a skilled and results-driven CRM Associate to join the Wayground team. In this end-to-end role, you will manage and optimize personalized marketing campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention. Using your expertise in lifecycle marketing, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling copy, design engaging visuals, and leverage data to optimize campaign performance.


What you'll do...

    • Design, execute, and optimize automated and manual marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS using tools like Clevertap, Braze, Moengage, or Klaviyo.
    • Create persuasive, on-brand copy for all lifecycle touchpoints to drive customer engagement and retention.
    • Collaborate with designers to develop visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
    • Manage campaign scheduling, A/B testing, and segmentation to maximize performance.
    • Analyze customer behavior and campaign results to optimize strategies for improved engagement and retention.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across customer touchpoints and lifecycle stages.

Who you are...

    • 2-3 years of experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing, preferably in a startup environment.
    • Proven experience with marketing automation tools like Clevertap, Braze, Webengage, Moengage, or Klaviyo.
    • Strong copywriting and design collaboration skills.
    • Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, A/B testing, and segmentation.
    • Proficient in data analysis, using insights to optimize campaign performance.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
