CrossCountry is seeking an experienced senior campaigns coordinator to help execute multi-channel marketing campaigns in support of our integrated solutions and services. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is detail-oriented yet also able to see the big picture to ensure all operational puzzle pieces come together.
In this role, you will work closely with marketing leaders and internal stakeholders to build and implement robust, results-oriented campaigns. You will be responsible for helping with defining and project managing omni-channel strategies to generate demand. The ideal candidate will have prior marketing campaign experience, strong project management and communication skills, and thrive on driving results and optimizing omni-channel campaigns in a growing marketing organization. 

What You'll Do:

    • Help plan, execute, analyze, and optimize comprehensive, integrated campaigns for our solutions and services in alignment with the firm’s overall marketing and communications strategy and business priorities
    • Serve as project manager for campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines and production of high-quality deliverables
    • Build and maintain the campaign program plan and calendar, and lead campaign meeting for the marketing organization and stakeholders providing command knowledge of status
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other subject matter experts to develop collateral and other campaign assets as well as execute event programs and webinars in support of campaign and solution objectives
    • Support the operational aspects of campaigns, including program flow builds, creation of emails, landing pages, and forms, list uploads, event logistics, and data management
    • Monitor and measure campaign success and make real-time adjustments as necessary to improve results
    • Collaborate with marketing operations to build reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing campaign results, lead generation, funnel/pipeline contribution, and the ROI of marketing investments
    • Develop audience segments to confirm that content delivers the right message to the right persona at the right time and in the right channel
    • Serve as thought leader and strategic advisor for B2B campaign best practices, helping us expand channels where appropriate

What You'll Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related degree) from an accredited university
    • 3 – 4 years of experience in multi-channel B2B marketing strategy and planning, content development, events, and campaign design and execution, preferably in the professional services industry
    • Strong experience across online (paid search, display, paid social, email) and offline (events, content syndication, webinars) disciplines with an understanding of how a multi-channel approach can drive positive demand generation results
    • Ability to interact and communicate across a variety of stakeholder groups as well as present complex subject matter in a consumable format tailored to a specific audience(s)
    • In-depth understanding of marketing channels and how to effectively leverage them in support of our services and campaigns
    • Ability to work independently and manage concurrent campaigns and initiatives through effective project management
    • Prior experience in the finance and accounting or private equity space preferred as well as familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce
    • Confidence and enthusiasm to learn and contribute as part of a growing team and firm
