The on-location SPOC is responsible for physically monitoring and overseeing activities that require in-person presence at our partner locations in Noida & Bangalore. This role involves ensuring compliance, quality control, and effective execution of tasks that cannot be performed remotely.
Your Role:
- Conducting on-location inspection of hygiene aspects like floor and training attendance, shift adherence, reasons for shrinkage, etc.
- Ensuring adherence to hiring guidelines by being present through the critical selection phases
- Evaluating physical evidence of compliance to Training and quality processes through sit-ins in training sessions, quality feedback, floor briefings, etc.
- Documenting, highlighting, and escalating all relevant findings to Dream11 team in a timely manner and track adherence to action plans
Qualifiers:
- 6+ years of experience in customer success with at least 2 years in a team lead capacity
- Experience working in a BPO set up
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications
- Comfortable working six days a week and in rotational shifts
