What does the ideal candidate look like?
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
•Extensive experience (5+ years) in product management, strategy, or business development, with a focus on power conversion technologies and systems.
•In-depth knowledge of inverters, Power Conversion Systems (PCS), and related technologies.
•Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies that drive business growth.
•Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of influencing and collaborating across organizational levels.
•Experience in managing global teams and navigating complex, matrix organizational structures.
•Preferred extensive experience with inverters and PCS components in the ESS and automotive industries.
