Partner with leadership on workforce planning to align hiring velocity with company milestones.

Proactively source candidates using advanced search techniques (Boolean, GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
Build a diverse and compliant talent pipeline, understanding ITAR requirements and clearance eligibility for government contracts.
Create interview frameworks and train hiring managers to elevate recruiting best practices across the company.
Represent Integrate at hiring events, industry meetups, and university programs as needed.
Own recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, candidate experience, and pipeline diversity.

The requirements are:
7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within high-growth startups or technology companies.
Proven success filling engineering, security, and leadership roles across multiple disciplines.
Demonstrated experience scaling hiring in early-stage environments (from <50 to 150+ employees).
Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and industry trends, with the ability to effectively assess candidate fit.
Experience working with ATS platforms (Lever, Greenhouse, or equivalent) and sourcing tools.
Familiarity with government/defense recruiting requirements (clearance pipelines, ITAR compliance, citizenship restrictions) preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills -  able to build trusted relationships with leadership, hiring managers, and candidates alike.
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and presenting recruiting metrics to leadership.
