NEMESIS is looking for a Customer Support Agent. You will be a part of our Customer Support Department in Malta.You will support one of our key clients with their international speaking players across their platforms.
The role also requires that :
- Assisting players via chat and email.
- Providing top notch level of customer satisfaction to players.
- Maintaining customers focus and responding to customers queries in accordance to company guidelines.
- Supporting and guiding customers with all requests and escalating and following up where necessary.
- Promoting the brands’ values and products.
- Ensuring professional working relationships with customers and colleagues
- Experience. Previous experience in customer service or similar position.
- Knowledge. Excellent written and spoken skills in English.
- Detail-Oriented. You are a process-oriented person, reliable and adaptable, with extraordinary attention to detail and able to multi-task and structure work towards deadlines.
- Mindset. Flexible and ability to work shift including weekends and public holidays
- Nice to have: Experience in gaming & esports is considered a plus.
