About the Role:
This full-time, work-from-home position provides vital administrative and clerical support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration: Manage files, prepare correspondence, handle data entry, and track project progress.
- Communication: Manage emails, schedule meetings, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Recruitment: Post job ads, source candidates, manage the ATS, and conduct screenings.
- HR Compliance Check: Check staff onboarding file, Check shift notes and communicate with staff to fix it, Maintain staff document compliance files(i.e. collect and store new visa paper, rego paper etc)
- Reporting: Generate reports, maintain databases, and analyse data.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven administrative experience.
- Healthcare or NDIS industry experience.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with social media, Recruitment experience and ATS is a plus.
