About the Role:

This full-time, work-from-home position provides vital administrative and clerical support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Administration: Manage files, prepare correspondence, handle data entry, and track project progress.
    • Communication: Manage emails, schedule meetings, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
    • Recruitment: Post job ads, source candidates, manage the ATS, and conduct screenings.
    • HR Compliance Check: Check staff onboarding file, Check shift notes and communicate with staff to fix it, Maintain staff document compliance files(i.e. collect and store new visa paper, rego paper etc)
    • Reporting: Generate reports, maintain databases, and analyse data.

Skills and Experience:

    • Proven administrative experience.
    • Healthcare or NDIS industry experience.
    • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience with social media, Recruitment experience and ATS is a plus.
