Role Overview
Lead and mentor data analysts to ensure delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You’ll oversee the development and maintenance of analytics solutions, manage workloads and priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure business needs are met. This role combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills to foster a high-performing analytics team and enhance data-driven culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced data analysis using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Validate and troubleshoot data pipelines, reports, and dashboards, ensuring accuracy, performance, and alignment with evolving business requirements.
- Develop and optimize complex queries and data models to support ad-hoc analysis, recurring reporting, and predictive analytics initiatives.
- Coach and mentor employees, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of dashboards, reports, and analytical models.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of analytics deliverables.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Uphold data governance practices, ensuring proper organization, security, and accessibility of data assets.
- Support cross-team projects by providing strategic data insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and data management best practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
