Opportunity & Impact
We are seeking a short-term contractor (up to 6 months) to provide hands-on support for our Salesforce CPQ environment through mid-March. This role will focus on maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting our CPQ processes to ensure our sales and operations teams can operate efficiently during a period of transition and growth.

Job Responsibilities

    • Support day-to-day administration and configuration of Salesforce CPQ
    • Maintain product catalog, pricing rules, discount structures, and quote templates
    • Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, ensuring timely support for end-users
    • Assist with testing and validating changes to CPQ workflows, approval processes, and custom configurations
    • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Finance to implement process improvements and enforce data accuracy
    • Document processes, updates, and changes to ensure knowledge transfer and smooth handoffs
    • Provide short-term project support for CPQ-related initiatives (e.g., pricing updates, product rollouts, or system enhancements)

Required Skills & Experience

    • 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, or Specialist with hands-on Salesforce CPQ expertise
    • Strong understanding of CPQ configuration, including product bundles, pricing methods, discounting, approval workflows, and quote generation
    • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and related GTM processes
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical and process issues quickly
    • Strong communication and documentation skills
    • Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification preferred but not required
$68 - $80 an hour
Compensation: This is a 1099 independent contractor role with an hourly rate ranging from $68 to $80 per hour, depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and assessment during the interview process.
