Job Description
As our Europe Account Manager, you will manage and grow RIVR’s partnerships with delivery platforms, logistics operators, and city stakeholders across Europe. You will ensure deployments run smoothly, contracts progress on time, and partners see measurable value from our technology. This role bridges our commercial goals with operational delivery, acting as the main point of contact for partner teams while coordinating internally with Operations and Product colleagues.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned European accounts, ensuring satisfaction, smooth deployments, and long-term growth.
- Coordinate pilot rollouts, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and success metrics are met.
- Support procurement and contract processes, liaising with Legal/Finance to move deals forward.
- Track partner performance and prepare regular updates, highlighting progress and next-step opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships.
- Build strong working relationships with partner procurement, operations, and management stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team to align on deployment execution, and with Marketing for customer-facing success stories when needed.
What you must have
- 3 to 4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or business development in B2B/B2G contexts.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts, ideally in technology, logistics, mobility, or related sectors.
- Comfort navigating procurement cycles and contract negotiations.
- Excellent English; German strongly preferred for the DACH market (other European languages, e.g. Dutch, is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

- Experience in logistics, delivery, postal, or mobility sectors.
- Knowledge of regulatory/public-sector engagement in DACH, Benelux, or the UK.
- Exposure to robotics, autonomous vehicles, or emerging tech markets.
